About Karyn Fonseca

My name is Karyn Fonseca, Realtor® and I serve buyers and sellers throughout Parker, CO and South Metro Denver area. I work with EXIT Realty DTC, Cherry Creek, Pikes Peak.

We are experts on intricacy of land/home ownership to water rights and new build construction.

As a Realtor®, I am dedicated to assisting people achieve their Real Estate goals at every stage of life. I am honest and fiercely dedicated to all of my clients. I listen to my clients wants and needs and then we develop a plan and then put that plan into action to achieve your goals.

I have an extensive background and experience in public service as a Federal Law Enforcement Officer. I am a current member of the National Association of Realtors and the Denver Association of Realtors. I am also a Colorado Notary Signing Agent.

I received my Bachelor’s Degree from Saint Mary’s College of California in Accounting and after 25 years of public service with the Federal Government I can now be of service to the people in my community.

My husband Dave and I enjoy camping, hiking and his motorcycle. We have three grown children and two grandchildren. We live on a couple of acres and we love and enjoy our dogs and chickens.
